SYNOPSIS

Francine shows Steve some shoplifting skills in a bid to be cool. However, her son gets caught stealing at the mall, and is sent to a Venezuelan sweatshop for punishment. Meanwhile, Roger, Hayley and Klaus form Langely Falls' first Russian Balalaika trio.
