SYNOPSIS

Paul Connolly embarks on one final round of investigations, exposing more individuals seeking to exploit the system for their own profit. This time, Paul meets a prescription-only pill-dealer who shows him how to stash his ill-gotten gains in hidden bank accounts, and black-market profiteers who offer tips on making extra money by selling smuggled cigarettes. Plus, he encounters a man selling pirated satellite TV, street-traders offering counterfeit watches, and an electrician and his team who offer their `customers' free electricity - for a price.
