SYNOPSIS

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer guide prospective buyers through the complex world of property viewings and agents. They begin in the popular commuter county of Kent, where homes are snapped up quickly due to their proximity to London. Robin and Gemma have recently returned to the UK after three years in Singapore and want a family home to bring up their baby, while in Tunbridge Wells, Gemma and Barney are looking to buy their first place together in a very competitive market.
