SYNOPSIS

Jonnie Irwin helps a retired couple find their ideal rural retreat in Hampshire on a budget of £525,000. The pair hope this will be enough to secure them a property in which they can really crank up their music. Plus, the presenter visits a local plantation that is growing a Japanese superfood thought to be one of the rarest and most expensive vegetables in the world.
