SYNOPSIS

Developers Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts visit a detached cottage in Bodmin, Cornwall, a two-bedroom house in London and a plot of land in Tipton, West Midlands. They then follow the sales at auction and talk to the buyers about their plans for the buildings, returning after three months to review their progress.
