SYNOPSIS

A new drug that is available to the underground group of werewolves that inhabit the city means that they no longer have to wait for a full moon to transform. When a group of American tourists rescue Serafine from jumping off the top of the Eiffel Tower, they find themselves becoming part of the lycanthropic underworld.
