SYNOPSIS

Christian is in court to claim £4,000 for the amount he paid up front to a respected boxing personality to attend several of his events, which he failed to do. Defendant Norman denies receiving the money, and says as there was no contract he owes nothing. David is in court to claim £729 and 43 pence owed on a loan he made to his son, to help pay mortgage repayments and bills on a property he rented.
