SYNOPSIS

When the mayor of a crime-ridden city and his opponent are both assassinated while seeking election, two FBI agents, John Archer (Sean Patrick Flanery) and Mila Driver (Kristanna Loken), reluctantly join forces to investigate the murder - only to discover that City Hall holds more secrets than the identity of the killer. Running out of people they can trust - even Archer's own mother (Morgan Fairchild) is harboring secrets - the duo realize they are now the targets of a powerful criminal conspiracy, fueled by a "secret society"... and only the truth will stop the bloody mayhem.
