SYNOPSIS

Emmy winner Powers Boothe and Billy Dee Williams star in this action-packed thriller. In an innovative program initiated by the Justice Department, a hardened convict is take out of prison, trained and given a job with the Philadelphia Police Department to help in its fight against crime. Assigned to the city's drug-infested neighborhoods, Mace (Boothe), using unconventional tactics, immediately captures a wife-beater, stops a robbery and puts an end to a ring of car thieves.
