Ella is married with Gordon for 27 years, she is housewife and has a son of 20 years.She is dreaming of the seaside.This afternoon she will celebrate her birthday in a restaurant: the secretary of Gordon appears in the restaurant and Ella discovers that she wears a piece of jewelry that she saw in a chest of drawers some hours before.Then desperate she leaves Gordon and in the railway station an unknown man rescues her from an fatal accident.One day she decides to travel to the seaside; walking on the beach she meets a dog and goes to the Bay View Cafe for a cup of tea.As she can not pay the bill, she will help the cafe owner,Carole in some works.The next day she meets the owner of the dog,Richard (who rescued her in the railway station) and he invites her to have supper.Michael arrives at the cafe to take notices of his mother and he feels very well with Carole.
