After the death of his spouse three years ago Bertil Hanson has dedicated all his time to his work and to the education of his 10 years old son Paul.At Sommerlund Britta Ingerson restores old boats and works also in a call-center of a washing machine company.Britta will soon marry with Thomas Hellström.Paul thinks that his father must find a new partner.Because of a washing machine problem Paul phones to the call-center and begins to speak with Britta.Then Paul proposes to his father to spend some vacations in Sommerlung.
