Diary of a Nymphomaniac

Valérie Tasso discovers sex at 15. By the time she approaches thirty she is hungry for sex and does not hesitate to call herself a nymphomaniac. She confides her impulses to her wise grandmother who invites her not to frustrate her desire but also to be able to understand the sense of loneliness that she tries to remove. After her grandmother's death and lost her job, Valérie looks for a new one. Thus she meets Jaime, a romantic man who, for the first time, makes her feel in love. Everything is going well until ...

Men do not make a good impression in the film. Starting with Jaime, romantic love (but with premature ejaculation) that unexpectedly turns into a danger. For the rest, there is nothing more transgressive than what can be seen in the TV series Satisfaction. The problem is, if anything, given by the excessive emphasis of the soundtrack which, on more than one occasion, transforms what could have been a chronicle of a female path in sexuality into a feuilleton almost of other times.
A tip: do not leave the hall at the beginning of the credits. There is still a surprise.
