Newly appointed German ambassador to Zambia Sebastian Gerber is smart, charming and very outspoken. His opinions got him into hot water in his last posting, and they're likely to stir up trouble here too. Especially after he runs into his old flame Karen, who works for "Doctors in Africa." Suspecting that someone is stealing the badly needed HIV medication from Germany and selling it at a high price, she asks Sebastian for help – but it's a mission that's much more dangerous than they think...
