SINOPSIS

Outsourcing manager Steve hosts the third night in Lancashire, where the 51-year-old plans to wow his guests with a `man of the world' menu that relies heavily on strong Indian spices. Peggy picks him up on his shop-bought black pudding, while Nicky is unimpressed by the mildness of the chicken balti, resulting in a humiliating chilli-sauce challenge.
