SINOPSIS
Faith Mason is the art teacher at Ponchatoula Junior High, it a job she loves in giving her students an outlet to express themselves at a stage of their lives when doing so verbally or in writing is often difficult. Her childhood belief in the magic of Christmas wishes - a wish box which is annually placed next to the decorated Christmas tree in the middle of town - has to resurface when she learns on the last day before Christmas break that arts funding has been totally cut meaning her job. With her best friend Wyatt, the school nurse, by her side, Faith has to find some creative way to save her job. Meanwhile, Faith's younger sister Maddie, who is back for the holidays with her boyfriend Ryan, decides, with Faith's knowledge, to place a wish in the wish box in light of her own happiness in being with Ryan, who she has some inkling will ask her to marry him on this trip: a true love kiss for Faith.
