Stefano, a rainbow observer, suddenly discovers to have an unsuspected underage brother. He needs to leave the beloved Piedmont Italian region to join him in Rome. Although reluctant to became the legal tutor of the young boy, Stefano accepts the challenge also attracted by a substantial sum of money. However, during the return trip the two discover that their bond is far deeper than they initially suspected.
