INHALT

Over a period of 500 million years teeth have evolved to do more than just chew. Today planet Earth is home to a collection of frightening fangs with many freaky forms and functions. Whether it's in the ocean, on the savannah, or in the humid swamp, there's a different type of tooth for every purpose. There are the hippo's 60 centimeter tusks, sharpened for battle; gnashes so powerful they can crush through bone; there's the creepy moray eel with two mouths, and a wild boar whose teeth grow so long they can kill it! There are teeth for killing, and teeth for fighting; some build homes while others destroy bones. But one thing's for sure: our collection of fangs will both amaze and terrify you. Welcome to the planet's Incredible Fangs.
